Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please review the policy below before proceeding to payment.

  • Cancellations before 90 days of the conference start date will receive a full refund, less a $100 towards processing fee.
  • Cancellations within 90 days of the conference start date are non-refundable.
  • No refund will be provided for non-attendance, schedule changes, visa or travel issues, or abstract acceptance status.
  • Duplicate payment or overpayment requests must be sent to the secretariat by email. After confirmation, the organizer will handle correction or payment cancellation when applicable.
  • If the conference is cancelled or materially changed by the organizer, the organizer will announce separate handling in accordance with applicable rules and law.

Payments are processed in Korean Won (KRW) through WooCommerce and Eximbay. GCIMM 2026 does not intentionally collect or store full credit card numbers on this website. Payment results and order information may be retained for registration administration and payment record management.

4. Sharing of Information

Information may be shared only as needed with the GCIMM 2026 organizing/secretariat team, Jeonbuk National University, Scene Design as the website/payment administration agency, WooCommerce, Eximbay, and service providers involved in operating the conference or processing registration and payment.

Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary for conference administration, payment records, accounting, dispute handling, and applicable legal or administrative requirements. Information no longer needed will be deleted or anonymized where reasonably possible.
