Presentation Guidelines
Presentation File
All presenters are requested to prepare their presentation materials in Microsoft PowerPoint or PDF format, with an aspect ratio of either 4:3 or 16:9.

On-site Procedures
- Presenters are requested to save their presentation file on a USB flash drive and bring it directly to the presentation console in the designated session room. Please note that the Secretariat will not collect presentation files in advance.
- Presenters are requested to arrive at the session room at least 15 minutes before the session begins and to check in with the session chair and on-site staff.
- After uploading the file to the laptop provided in the session room, presenters should verify that it opens and displays correctly.
- Presenters whose materials include video or audio content are strongly encouraged to test playback in advance to avoid technical difficulties.
Precautions
- Presenters are required to adhere strictly to their allotted time. The session chair reserves the right to conclude any presentation that exceeds the allotted time.
- Presenters are advised to allocate their time appropriately between the presentation and the Q&A session.
- Once confirmed, the date and time of each presentation cannot be changed.
Poster Size
- Each poster panel measures 84.1 cm (W) × 118.9 cm (H), equivalent to A0 size (33.1 × 46.8 inches).
- Posters must be prepared in portrait orientation and must not exceed these dimensions.
Schedule for Display and Removal
- Display Time: Posters should be displayed on the morning of your designated presentation day.
- Dates: From 26 Oct (Mon)
- Posters must be removed starting at 16:45 on the day of the event.
- Each poster session, including Q&A, is scheduled for 5 minutes.

Preparation
- No official template is provided. Presenters may design their posters freely within the specified dimensions.
- Presenters may include a QR code on their poster to link to supplementary materials, such as video content.
- No electronic devices will be provided at the venue. Presenters who wish to use a tablet or other device during their presentation must bring their own.
Precautions
- Presenters are required to adhere strictly to their allotted time. The session chair reserves the right to conclude any presentation that exceeds the allotted time.
- Presenters are responsible for mounting and removing their own posters within the designated times.
- One panel will be assigned to each poster, and mounting materials will be provided at the venue.
- On-site poster printing services are not available. Presenters must bring their printed posters with them.
- Posters not removed by the designated time will be discarded. The GCIMM 2026 Secretariat assumes no responsibility for posters that are left behind, lost, stolen, or damaged.
- To protect copyright and portrait rights, recording, photographing, copying, or distributing presentations without the presenter’s consent is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in legal action.
