Guideline for Abstract Submission
Abstract Submission Is Open!
1.
General Instructions
- All abstracts must be submitted online through Google form in the GCIMM 2026 website.
- All abstracts must be written in English.
2.
Abstract Preparation
- The abstract should be within 200 words.
- Authors are required to enter the following information in the submission system:– Title– Abstract– Keywords– Author(s) and affiliation(s)
- No strict template is required for the initial abstract submission.
3.
Submission Process
(1) Click the “SUBMIT YOUR ABSTRACT”
(2) Complete all required fields:– Submitter information (Name, Country, Affiliation, Contact)– Abstract information (Type of presentation, Main/Subcategory)– Abstract title– Abstract text– Keywords– Acknowledgements
(3) Click “Submit”
After submission
– The system will send a confirmation email to the submitter
– If you do not receive the confirmation email, check your spam/junk folder.
– In case of technical issues or missing confirmation, please contact the Organizing Secretariat (info@gcimm2026.org)

Important Dates
- Abstract Submission Deadline:
31 July 2026→ 12 September 2026 - Notification of Acceptance:
30 August, 2026→ 15 September 2026 - Revised Abstract Submission (if required):
10 September, 2026→ 30 September 2026
5.
Review and Notification
- All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the organizing committee.
- Authors will be notified of acceptance within a few weeks after submission.
- Accepted abstracts may be assigned to oral or poster sessions.
6.
Extended Abstract Submission
- Authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to submit an extended abstract (optional).
- The extended abstract:– Should be prepared using a provided Word template– Will be uploaded through the submission system– Detailed guidelines will be provided upon acceptance
7.
Additional Notes
- At least one author must complete registration and payment for the paper to be included in the program.
- All presentations will be conducted on-site only (no online presentations).
- Further information regarding the conference program and sessions will be announced on the website.
8.
Publication in Scientific Journals
- Accepted papers will be published in the following journals (Scopus-indexed) with which we have a partnership agreement.
- Guidelines for full-paper submission to the conference proceedings or partner journals will be provided along with the notification of abstract acceptance.
- Full papers will undergo review via the submission systems of the conference proceedings or partner journals.
- Notification regarding publication status will be issued prior to the conference.
